Myself and Steve Hamilton will be exhibiting and demonstrating period furniture construction at the Waterford Craft fair in Waterford, Virginia this coming weekend Oct 2nd, 3rd, and 4th,2009. Waterford is slightly west of Washington DC by about 30-40 miles. A great little Quaker town. We will have many breakdown pieces there for everyones inspection and all questions freely answered. All exhibitors are supposed to demonstrate their art most of the time. It is a great way to delve into many different period professions. We will have our break down pieces, a Winchester Virginia desk and our miniature high boy, a Philadelphia card table, and a Virginia /North Carolina Huntboard plus others along with many finished pieces for sale. We are just one of many cabinetmakers there and Waterford has many of there Homes on tour. A good time will be had by all.
