Steve will be the presenter at the Potomac Antique Tools and Industries Association meeting this Sunday. I suspect the demo might have something to do with inlay! I think the PATINA newsletter didnt get distributed so I wanted to get the word out to ensure anyone in the Mid-Atlantic is aware and can attend. Location can be found at patinatools.org

Hand tool sales start  around 9 or 9:30, a slow tool auction runs ~11-12 or so and the demo will last until Steve's pool of knowledge is drained.

PATINA is a non-profit club with primary interest in antique tools. They have provided some fantastic demonstrations this past year. I'm sure your membership would benefit the club but anyone can attend and decide to join later so don't think you have to be a member to come. I almost always attend but have a honey-do deadline that might prevent it. If I come, I'll be bringing extra swiss made gouges, and a bunch of planes, shaves, saws, to unload.
