On November 2nd, the Burwell-Morgan Mill, an 18th century operating grist mill in Millwood, Virginia (near Winchester), will be having its annual Heritage Day event between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. There will be several Colonial era crafts demonstrated. Usually 600+ people attend the event. Carl Maples will be demonstrating hand tool furniture making. There will also be several period reproductions on display. Two workbenches and a spring pole lathe are on site.

There is room for 1 or 2 additional members to participate. If you would like to join in, contact Carl at: CMaplespaf@AOL.com.
