Our Fall meeting is set for Friday–Saturday, October 16–17, 2026 at Woodcraft of Alpharetta, GA.
This one takes on the part of period furniture that unnerves us all — finishing. John Ogilvie will work through the finishing problems everyone runs into. Bring a piece that fought you — a panel, a drawer front, a test board — and John will address it directly, so come with your actual problems in hand. Cartouche recipient Marion Smith will demonstrate finishing with shellac.
The Friday evening dinner honors longtime Peach State member Ronnie Young.
