Hello, I am new to SAPFM
I would like to buy a set of full size print for Philadelphia Queen Anne Side Chair, like the one built by Donald Bradley
Can someone tell me where I can buy the prints?
Thanks

Olde Mill has plans for that chair. Gene Landon taught it in 2002.

I haven't had to ordered drawings from Olde Mill because I've drawn a large portion of them :ROFLMAO:

I have ordered Shellac and Milk Paint from Bess in the past with no problems. But it might not be real quick turn-around. I know she's got a lot going on.

I was checking the plan I received and I noticed a discrepancy on the back legs, the dimensions of the side view is shorter by 7/8
I am going to go with the larger dimensions just to be safe

Not sure I can help as I made the chair and this drawing 24 years ago. This is the first I heard of any issues. Most of the drawing was made by tracings Gene's templates. I do recall you should do the actual layout of mortise and tenons for the crest rail after the back legs are attached to the keystone rail. Maybe the tenons were on the templates as reference for postition and shape?

I have fine woodworking magazines that show the chair I am going to follow it and adjust as necessary
Are you Tom Smoller from papa workshop YouTube channel?

I'm not Tom Smoller. But I'll have to look him up on YouTube.

Just curious, what issue of FFW you are referencing? I would like to look it up. I know Gene did a Chippendale side chair (#186) and a ladder back chair (#60) for FWW.

Yes, 186
In my humble opinion Tom’s videos are of excellent quality

Cladafer: Welcome to SAPFM! Hopefully, you have found the plans you needed here on the forum. Please, let me encourage you to post your progress on your side chair on the website. We have a new feature in the members only, Bench pages, that allows members to post the progress of projects they are currently working on in real time. Members are encouraged and inspired by what fellow SAPFM members are creating. Happy woodworking!

Hi Tom, Bess contacted me today about the plan
I appreciate your help
Regards

I want to point out the chair in the picture I posted is not the chair from FWW No. 186. I did the drawing of 186 for Olde Mill which was supplied to FWW for the article. Bess has plans available. Gene taught 186 in 2004 at Olde Mill.
