I just finished an instructional DVD on carving the fruit basket - Samuel McIntire style. A plaster casting can be purchased with it. Please check my web site: www.marymaycarving.com and go to "Instructional DVDs".

It really is a fun project to carve - such a wonderful variety of carving techniques in one carving.

I'll also be teaching how to carve this basket at Jeff Headley & Steve Hamilton's school (www.wwotsv.com) August 12 & 13.

Thanks & an early Merry Christmas!
