Can we identify this table?

A relative of mine acquired this table from an antiques dealer in Pennsylvania, perhaps 40-50 years ago.

We are trying to identify who (or what shop) built this. We have found no makers name or stamp on the table.

Given the turning, the carving, and the piercings - SOMEBODY cared about the decorative elements of this piece.

Any ideas as to where this may have come from?
