Larry Barrett and Bert Bleckwenn of the Chesapeake chapter of SAPFM (C-SAPFM) will be representing SAPFM and demonstrating traditional Post and Rung Chair Making at the annual Montgomery County Agricultural Farm Park Harvest Festival in Derwood, MD. On Saturday, Oct 5, 2019 from 11:00-4:00.  We will be demonstrating techniques based on John Alexander’s Making a Chair From a Tree.


We will also be joined by the local Montgomery County Woodturners Club (MCW) and the local Montgomery County Carvers Club (MCC) as well demonstrating an array of artisan wood related activities.
