Traditionally the editor of American Period Furniture is in attendance at the SAPFM Midyear Conference. Due to a commitment I made last summer to teach a weekend class on the same dates as the conference, I won't be able to make it this time.
If you were hoping to submit an idea for an article at the conference, or ask any questions about writing for the journal, you can contact me directly by email. The address is: edapf@cinci.rr.com

You can also talk about your article idea with any of the members of the editorial board at the conference. Ronnie Young is the chairman and you can find the complete list at this link: https://www.sapfm.org/executive-council-members

This year's journal is coming together nicely, and sooner than it has in years past. I urge anyone who thinks "maybe I should write an article" to get it touch. If you want your article to appear in this year's edition, time is running short but it's not too late. It's never too early to think about next year.

Thanks again to all of SAPFM for the opportunity to edit American Period Furniture. I'm enjoying the experience and I think you will be pleased when the issue arrives in your mailbox this December.
